Shipping policy

The Oklahoma City Museum of Art Store provides domestic and international shipping.

Shipping rates vary and are determined at check-out.

Packages usually arrive 3 -9 days after orders have been processed. Packages can be subject to delays due to weather, or during the holiday time of year. Tracking is provided in the shipping confirmation email. If your package does not arrive, please email us at abarnes@okcmoa.com and we can investigate and link you the appropriate avenues to report the missing package. Oklahoma City Museum of Art Store is not responsible for lost or missing packages.

Customer is financially responsible for return shipping costs. 

International orders can be subject to customs fees and duties, which customers are responsible for payment.
